When contacting the secretariat you can indicate all the services and options you want available for your stay. For each of these we have a transparent price list that allows you to have no surprises on your final bill.
What payment methods do you accept
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Our secretary will send you all the information you need to complete the payments.
If you decide to purchase additional services you can pay for them directly to the facility.
What changes if I book on Booking.com
If you book on Booking you give up an important part of our service. Vacanze in Vista in fact provides through its secretariat all the expertise to guide customers to the solution best suited to their needs.
In addition, in case of cancellation within 20 days before arrival, those who book directly enjoy favorable conditions.
Can I cancel or change the reservation
Call or email Holidays in Sight. The secretary will work out an alternative solution or proceed to cancel your reservation.
If you cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date you will only lose the amount of the deposit.
If you cancel your reservation within 20 days of the scheduled start of your stay, you have the option of getting a refund of the balance if the room is re-rented.
I can get a refund
Should problems arise with the chosen facility, we offer clients a solution of equal amount or value as an alternative to reimbursing the expense incurred.
Can I delete my data
On every page of the site, at the bottom, you will find a link to the privacy policy. In the document you will find all the information you need about your data: what data is collected, who and how they handle it, and how to request deletion.
