Payments
Deposit: 25% of total stay to be paid within 5 days of booking.
Balance: due about 20 days before the start date of stay.
Payments: we accept payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Terms of cancellation
- When the stay is cancelled up to 30 days before the start date the deposit is not refunded
- When the stay is cancelled within 20 days before the start date, the balance is refunded only if the apartment can be re-rented. The deposit is not refunded.
Services included in rates
- Forfait consumption ( water, electricity, gas , cleaning the apartment once a week )
- Final cleaning except apartment left dirty
- Private parking space.
Mandatory surcharges payable to facilities
- Deposit: 200.00 € to be paid on arrival ( the deposit will be returned before departure after checking the apartment ).
- Weekly supply and change of bed, bath and kitchen linen: €15.00 per person per week
- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 consecutive days; children under 12 are free.
Other services
- Air conditioner: you pay according to the Kw consumed ( payment is required by the management at the end of the stay )
- Extra linen required: full set 10.00 € per person
Special conditions of individual facilities
VILLA IGEA CAPRI:
The rental price includes the cleaning service of the apartment ( excluding the kitchenette ) and daily change of bed linen and towels, as well as all water, electricity and gas consumption
CERVINIA TWO:
Price includes all utilities, bed linen, bath linen with weekly change, initial and final cleaning, parking space, use of sauna, gym, hot tub, kids club and entertainment service, shuttle to and from slopes ( at certain times )
