Boffe Square
Descending the stairs on the side of the square dominated by the Church of Santa Sofia, it is possible to get lost in the maze of narrow alleys that lead to Piazza Boffe one of Anacapri's oldest quarters.
In this area it is still possible to admire the barrel vaults (hence the name of the square) of the old houses built by master masons that enchanted great architects such as Edwin Cerio and Roberto Pane.
On June 13, Piazza Boffe hosts part of the procession dedicated to St. Anthony, the patron saint of Anacapri, and comes alive with lights and colors during the festive Settembrata days.
