Boat ride
Touring the island of Capri by boat is certainly a unique experience full of pleasant surprises. The coast of Capri is full of inlets, small bays and caves: all it takes is a nice sunny day to enjoy, through the crystal clear water, the seabed rich in fauna and flora, such as the Poseidonia beds, so important for the health of our sea.
For a naturalistic excursion of the coast, it is recommended to go by sea at unusual times, such as at dawn, late afternoon or night, or during daylight hours but off season. In high season there is a lot of bustle on the island of Capri and in its waters. It is a good idea, if you are not experienced, to rely on local guides who know their sea and its currents well.
The entire tour of the island of Capri, which usually starts from Marina Grande, takes about two hours, but everyone will be free to take as much time as they like, stopping occasionally near the small beaches that can only be reached by sea and visiting the caves with their emerald hues.
